Welcome to the Live Language Translator App, developed by Digital Ware Zone. Our app provides text, voice, speech, and camera-based translation services to facilitate communication across languages. We only collect the data necessary to provide and improve our translation services.

The Application may access files or documents you choose to upload or select for translation or related functionality. These are processed only to deliver the requested service and are not used for advertising. Files are not permanently stored and are deleted after processing, unless you explicitly choose to save them.

c) Diagnostics Data

5. Data Retention Policy:

We retain data only for as long as necessary:

Files and documents provided by users are retained only temporarily during processing and are deleted immediately after the requested service is completed, unless the user chooses to save them.

Support communications: Retained up to 12 months.

Analytics and diagnostics: Retained up to 36 months in anonymized form.

User-provided data: Retained while you use the app and for a short period thereafter.

To provide app features, the Application may request the following permissions. These permissions are only used for their stated purposes and in compliance with Google Play policies:

• android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID / com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID – Used for advertising and analytics to deliver and measure relevant ads.

• android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION / android.permission.ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS – Supports ad personalization topics and campaign attribution.

• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – Checks network connectivity to optimize translations and app functionality.

• android.permission.CAMERA – Enables camera-based translation (image text recognition, QR code scanning).

• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Keeps translation services active during ongoing voice or speech translation.

• android.permission.INTERNET – Required to connect with translation APIs, ads, and online services.

• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Allows the app to send feature updates, reminders, or alerts.

• android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO – Enables voice and speech-to-text translation features.

• android.permission.WAKE_LOCK – Prevents the device screen from turning off during active translation or voice sessions.

• com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE – Verifies the app license through Google Play services.

• com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE – Enables push notifications (feature updates, reminders).

• com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE – Tracks app installs for analytics and campaign measurement.

• com.language.translator.dictionary.all.voice.translate.live.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION – Used for internal app broadcast communication to manage translation tasks securely.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You also have the right to opt-out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in such profiling in this app.

Our app is rated "Everyone" on Google Play and is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region, e.g., 16 under GDPR).We comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, and other applicable child privacy laws.
