Solution 

Our solution is to raise awareness and  invest into recycle and trash bins that can be put out in common areas throughout our cities. There are many cities such as Boston,  Somerville  and neighboring cities  through out the North Shore region of New England  that  have already implemented works to stay up with cleanliness of our cities.  I believe that if enough awareness is raised in communities that  lack these  bins, then there can be a system put in place by  their city officials.
