Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Wallzen - Live Wallpaper 4K (the "App"), published by Mobistory Ltd ("we", "us").

By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the App or its content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; or use the App to break any law or to infringe anyone else's rights.

2. Wallpapers and Content

Wallpapers provided in the App are licensed to you for personal use only, as a wallpaper or lock-screen background on your own devices.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially, and you may not claim them as your own work.

We take content rights seriously. If you believe any wallpaper in the App infringes your copyright, email mobistoryltd@outlook.com with a description of the work and where it appears in the App, and we will remove it promptly.

3. Your Own Videos and Live Wallpapers

The App lets you import a video from your device and convert it into a Live Photo that you can use as a wallpaper.

You keep full ownership of anything you import or create. We claim no rights over it. All processing happens on your device, and your videos are never uploaded to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any video you import.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you accept that ads will be shown.

Some wallpapers are marked as premium and can be unlocked by watching a rewarded video ad. Rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for them, or for anything you buy from an advertiser.

5. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the App or its content at any time, including the wallpaper catalogue, without notice.

We do our best to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Live Wallpaper Compatibility

Setting a Live Photo as an animated lock-screen wallpaper depends on Apple's iOS behaviour and on your device. Apple may change how this works at any time. We cannot guarantee that every Live Wallpaper will animate on every device or iOS version.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobistory Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms.

10. Third-Party Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Google AdMob. Your use is also subject to Apple's and Google's own terms and policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
