Welcome to Live TV Player - IPTV Player, developed by Oregon Coast App LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is important to us. Our App is a media player designed to help users play and manage their own IPTV playlists through features such as playlist import by URL or M3U file, channel categories, search, favorites, watch history, sleep timer, mini player, and casting. The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address to use it.
Live TV Player - IPTV Player does not host, provide, sell, or include any TV channels, live streams, movies, or playlists. Users add their own playlists and content from sources they are authorized to access.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly. We do not sell your personal information. Any information collected is used solely to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the App, display advertisements, comply with legal obligations, and enhance your overall experience.

When you add a playlist, the App stores the playlist name, playlist URL, or imported M3U or M3U8 file, along with the channel list created from it. Your favorites, watch history, and app settings, such as language and sleep timer preferences, are also saved. This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
B. Playlist URLs and Login Details
Some playlist URLs contain login details from your IPTV provider, such as a username or password. These URLs are kept on your device and are sent only to the playlist or stream address you entered so the App can load and play your content. We do not collect, read, store, or share these details.
C. Files You Import
When you import an M3U file, the App reads only the file you select through your device's system file picker. The App does not scan, access, or collect any other files on your device.
D. Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information about your device, including the device model, manufacturer, operating system version, application version, language and region settings, IP address, network type, and unique device identifiers such as the Advertising ID, App Set ID, and Firebase installation ID. This information helps ensure compatibility, security, and reliable operation of the App.
E. Usage and Diagnostic Information
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, including app launches, screens viewed, features used, session duration, playback events, crash reports, error logs, and performance data. This information helps us monitor performance, identify technical issues, improve stability, and enhance the overall quality of the App.
F. Advertising and Analytics Information
To support the free version of the App and understand how it is used, we collect limited information through trusted advertising and analytics partners. This may include advertising identifiers, device information, application events, and approximate location derived from your IP address (country or city level). We do not collect your precise location.

We may disclose your information when we believe such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of our users, the public, Oregon Coast App LLC, or other third parties.

If such a transfer occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your information continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

APP PERMISSIONS
Live TV Player - IPTV Player requests only the permissions needed to provide its features. You can review or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, although some features may then stop working.
A. Internet and Network State
Used to load your playlists, play streams, display advertisements, send analytics and crash reports, and check whether your device is connected through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
B. Wi-Fi Multicast State
Used to discover compatible TVs and devices on your Wi-Fi network so you can cast your stream.
C. Notifications
Used to send app updates and feature announcements, only if you allow notifications (Android 13 and later).
D. Foreground Service and Wake Lock
Used to keep playback running in the mini player and during the sleep timer, and to keep the screen on while you watch.
E. Advertising ID
Used to display and measure advertisements. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
F. No Storage Permission
The App does not request storage permission. When you import an M3U file, you select it through Android's system file picker, which gives the App access to that one file only.
YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES
We respect your privacy and provide you with meaningful choices regarding the collection, use, and management of your personal information. Depending on your location and the applicable laws, you may have certain rights concerning your personal data.
A. Access Your Information
You may request access to the personal information we or our service providers hold about you and obtain details about how it is collected, used, and shared.
B. Correct Your Information
If any of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected.
C. Delete Your Information

In other regions, you can limit personalized ads by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Where our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

We do not sell personal information for money. Displaying personalized ads through Google AdMob may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. To opt out, delete your Advertising ID in your device settings or contact us. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

DATA SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We encourage you to keep your device software and the App up to date and to protect your device with a secure screen lock.
E. No Absolute Security
Although we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate Live TV Player - IPTV Player, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
A. Data Stored on Your Device
Your playlists, favorites, watch history, and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
B. Analytics and Crash Data
Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, and Firebase Crashlytics reports are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.
C. Advertising Data
Advertising-related information is retained by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's retention policies.
D. Support Communications
Emails you send us are retained for up to 24 months after your request is closed.
E. Legal Retention
We may retain certain information for a longer period only when required by law or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our legal rights.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of children is important to us. Live TV Player - IPTV Player is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

A. Managing Your Playlists and History
You can add, rename, or delete playlists, remove favorites, and clear watch history directly in the App at any time.
B. Deleting Data on Your Device
You can remove all locally stored data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
C. Managing Permissions
You can manage or revoke permissions granted to the App, including notification permission, through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may affect the availability of some features.
D. Requesting Deletion of Other Data
To request deletion of data held by us or our service providers, email playgrowth.experts@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Because the App does not use accounts, please include your App Set ID or Firebase installation ID if available in the App's settings, or describe your request so we can identify related data. We will respond within 30 days.

The App does not host, provide, store, sell, broadcast, or distribute any TV channels, live streams, movies, shows, or playlists.
B. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the playlists and streams they add and must use only sources they are legally authorized to access, in compliance with the copyright and licensing laws of their country.
C. No Affiliation
Oregon Coast App LLC is not affiliated with any IPTV provider, broadcaster, or streaming service and does not control, verify, or endorse any third-party content played through the App.
D. Copyright Concerns
If you believe that content from a third-party source infringes your rights, please contact the operator of that source directly, as Oregon Coast App LLC does not host or control such content.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, the functionality of the Application, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or the services provided by our trusted third-party partners.
