Went in for a live scan. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and there was no wait time to be seen. The staff was very nice and personable. I went back a few weeks later to have a passport photo taken and had a great experience as well. She even showed me the photo and asked if I was happy with it or if I wanted to retake it.

This place is great. I barley have fingerprints and it usually takes many try's to get them recorded. This woman had tricks (corn husker lotion) to make them take on the 2nd try. I will always come here in the future.
