Welcome to Live Microphone Voice Tools (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, developed and operated by Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes (real-time voice streaming, recording, and audio modification). You are prohibited from:
Using the App for any illegal activities or to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Using the App to record audio without the consent of all parties involved, where required by local laws.
Tampering with the advertising identifiers or any security features of the App.
All content within the App, including but not limited to its design, logos, icons, UI/UX, and underlying software code, is the exclusive property of Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App integrates third-party services for monetization and functionality, including:
Google AdMob: For serving personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
Unity Ads: For video and interstitial ad placement.
System TTS Engine: For text-to-speech functionality.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party providers. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that:
The audio streaming will be free of delay or lag (latency).
The App will be compatible with all Bluetooth speakers or car audio systems.
The OCR (Text Extract) functionality will be 100% accurate at all times.
The App will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtenstein Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or personal injury.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
