# Privacy Policy — Flight Tracker: Live Radar

Radar" (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

## What we collect
We designed the App to work without user accounts. We do not ask you to
register, and we do not knowingly collect data that identifies you personally.
The App accesses or processes the following:
**1. Approximate device location — only while the App is in use.**
When you grant permission, we read your device's location to center the map on
where you are and to show flights near you. Location is used on-device only —
we do not transmit or store it on our servers.
**2. Subscription and purchase information.**
When you subscribe, Apple processes the payment and we receive a subscription
receipt through Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat (our subscription-management
provider). This lets us verify that your subscription is active. It includes an
anonymous purchaser identifier, the product you subscribed to, and the
subscription status. It does not include your Apple ID password, card number,
or name.
**3. Requests to our backend.**
When the App fetches flight information, it makes anonymous HTTPS requests to
our Firebase Cloud Functions endpoint. Standard server logs (IP address,
timestamp, request path) may be retained by Google Cloud for a short period as
part of platform diagnostics. We do not associate these logs with any personal
identifier and do not use them for advertising.
## What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade any information.
- We do not include any advertising, ad networks, or ad SDKs.
- We do not include any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any
personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing.
Because the App does not collect account-linked personal data, the practical
scope of these requests is limited — but you can exercise them at any time by
emailing intausis@gmail.com
For California residents, the CCPA rights of access, deletion, and non-sale
apply. We do not sell personal information.
To manage your subscription or delete purchase data associated with Apple,
use your Apple ID settings.
## Data retention
- Location data: not stored, only used in memory while the App is active.
- Subscription state: kept for the lifetime of your subscription plus the
period required by Apple and by tax/accounting law in

- Server logs: retained by Google Cloud on their standard schedule (typically
30–90 days).
## Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by
them. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
## Security
We use HTTPS for all network traffic and follow standard security practices
for the Firebase Cloud Functions backend. No system is perfectly secure — if

## Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows
the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in a prominent
notice inside the App before they take effect.
## Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Latvia,
