This Privacy Policy is provided by Liu Kun, and privacy questions or requests may be submitted to feezharop6001@gmail.com.
This policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, and shared when you use our file recovery, photo recovery, video recovery, document recovery, and related storage-scanning tools, collectively referred to as the “App.”
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you should not use the App.
1. Storage Scanning and File Access
The App is designed to search your device for existing, deleted, hidden, cached, temporary, or otherwise recoverable files.
To perform a scan, the App may access device storage and supported categories of files, including:
• Photos and other image files.
• Videos and audio files.
• PDF files and other documents.
• Downloaded or archived files.
• File names, extensions, sizes, paths, and modification dates.
• Thumbnails, cached copies, and temporary files.
• Storage folders and directory structures.
• Other file metadata needed to identify potentially recoverable content.
On supported Android versions, the App may request broad storage access or permission to manage files when this is necessary for its core file-recovery function and permitted by Google Play policies.
The App will request relevant permission before beginning a scan. If storage or media permission is denied, the App may be unable to locate or recover files.
2. Processing of Scanned Files
Storage scanning and file recovery are generally performed locally on your device.
The App may read portions of files, file headers, metadata, thumbnails, directory entries, or cached data to determine whether a file can be displayed or recovered.
We do not routinely upload the contents of scanned or recovered files to our servers. Your files are not used to create advertising profiles and are not sold to third parties.
Files selected for recovery may be copied to a new location on your device. You are responsible for reviewing the recovery destination and managing the resulting files.
3. Recovered Files and Scan Results
The App may locally generate:
• Lists of potentially recoverable files.
• File previews and thumbnails.
• Scan progress and scan history.
• File-type and storage-location filters.
• References to recovered files.
• Temporary files needed to complete a recovery operation.
Scan results may include files that were not actually deleted, including cached images, application resources, thumbnails, duplicates, or files that remain accessible in device storage.
These results are generally stored locally and may be removed by clearing scan history, deleting recovered files, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling the App.
4. Permissions
Depending on your device and Android version, the App may request:
• Photos and videos permission.
• Music and audio permission.
• File and media access.
• Storage access.
• All-files access where required for the App’s core recovery function and permitted by applicable platform rules.
• Notification permission for scan progress or recovery completion messages.
• Network access for advertisements, analytics, diagnostics, and security.
Permissions are used only to support the relevant functions described to you. You may revoke them through Android settings, although doing so may prevent scanning or recovery features from operating.
5. Automatically Processed Technical Information
The App and its third-party service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage information, including:
• Device manufacturer, model, and operating-system version.
• App version and installation source.
• Language, time zone, and general regional settings.
• IP address and basic network information.
• Available storage and general device-performance information.
• App screens, buttons, and features used.
• Scan duration, selected file categories, and general recovery events.
• Crash reports, error codes, and diagnostic logs.
• Advertising ID and other resettable identifiers.
• Advertisement impressions, clicks, and related events.
Technical or analytics data is generally intended to evaluate App performance and does not ordinarily contain the contents of scanned or recovered files.
6. Information You Provide Directly
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message, device details, screenshots, diagnostic information, or files you voluntarily provide.
Because recovered files may contain private or sensitive information, you should not send recovered files for support unless strictly necessary. Remove confidential information whenever possible before submitting an attachment.
7. How Information Is Used
Information may be processed to:
• Scan supported areas of device storage.
• Identify files that may be recoverable.
• Display file information, previews, and scan results.
• Restore selected files to a location chosen by the user.
• Prevent duplicate or incomplete recovery operations.
• Maintain App preferences and scan settings.
• Diagnose crashes and technical failures.
• Improve scanning speed, stability, and device compatibility.
• Understand general feature usage.
• Display, secure, limit, and measure advertisements.
• Detect fraud, malicious activity, and misuse.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.
We do not sell private files or use the contents of recovered files for unrelated marketing purposes.
8. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
The App may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, security, and distribution.
Depending on the App version and advertising configuration, service providers may include:
• Google Play Services.
• Google Mobile Ads or AdMob.
• Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Firebase Crashlytics.
• Mintegral.
• Meta or Facebook advertising services.
• Pangle.
• Unity Ads.
• AppLovin.
These providers may process IP addresses, device characteristics, advertising identifiers, App interactions, diagnostic events, advertisement impressions, clicks, and approximate location inferred from network information.
Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies. Google’s privacy policy is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before information is used for personalized advertising. You may manage advertising choices through Android, your Google account, or an available consent interface.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App does not ordinarily place traditional browser cookies itself.
Third-party SDKs, embedded web content, or advertising services may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies to remember settings, prevent fraud, measure advertisements, or analyze service usage.
Your ability to control these technologies depends on your device, browser, Google account, and the settings offered by the relevant provider.
10. Sharing of Information
Limited information may be disclosed:
• To advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, fraud-prevention, and technical service providers.
• To Google services supporting App distribution and operation.
• When required by applicable law, court order, or valid government request.
• When reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents or unlawful use.
• To professional advisers assisting with legal or compliance matters.
• In connection with a lawful merger, restructuring, sale, or transfer involving the App.
We do not authorize service providers to access the contents of your recovered files for unrelated purposes.
If you intentionally share or export a recovered file, the destination selected by you will receive the file.
11. Data Retention
Files, previews, scan results, and recovery history stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
Recovered files saved to shared storage may remain after the App is uninstalled and must be deleted separately through your device’s file manager.
Support communications may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve requests and maintain necessary records. Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to the configured retention periods of the relevant service provider.
Security or legal records may be retained while necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be retained when they no longer reasonably identify an individual.
12. Deletion and User Control
The App does not normally require an online user account, so there is generally no separate App account to delete.
You may remove local information by:
• Deleting scan results or recovery history where the option is available.
• Deleting recovered files through the App or a file manager.
• Clearing the App’s cache or storage.
• Revoking storage and media permissions.
• Uninstalling the App.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information held directly by us using the contact details in the opening sentence. Reasonable verification may be required.
Certain records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the protection of legal rights.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App. These measures may include encrypted network transmission, restricted access, data minimization, and reputable service providers.
No storage device, recovery process, network, or electronic system is completely secure. You should protect your device, review recovered files carefully, and avoid recovering sensitive material onto a shared or unsecured device.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
• Request access to personal information held about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Ask about categories of third parties receiving information.
• Submit a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.
You may also manage storage, media, notification, and advertising permissions through your device settings.
15. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.
16. International Processing
Advertising, analytics, and technical providers may process limited information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, reasonable safeguards will be applied to international data transfers.
17. Third-Party Destinations
Advertisements or external links may direct you to independently operated websites, applications, or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review the relevant third-party policy before providing information.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy when App features, permissions, SDKs, platform requirements, or information-handling practices change.
The current version will be published through the App or an associated public webpage. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
