West Side Career and Technology Center is a full-time Career and Technology Center located in Luzerne County in Pringle, Pennsylvania. The school is home to students of Wyoming Valley West, Dallas, Northwest, Wyoming Area, and Lake-Lehman school districts.

The Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center, in partnership with its sponsoring districts, is to provide a high quality, competency based education to its students who, upon graduation, are able to become responsible citizens, critical thinkers, and successful completers, in a world-wide economy and possess the skills to be life-long learners. NTACT and partner organizations provide guidance, examples and assistance for transition-focused instruction and other activities for students with complex support needs.

As part of our mission to provide financial education, we developed a financial education booklet, Cents and Sensibility: A Guide to Money Management, to respond to a need in the disability community. We’ve since learned from our pilot programs that everyone can benefit from this information. It’s so important to understand how to manage your money so that your money doesn’t manage you!
