Welcome to LitUp: Party Games for Friends (the "App"). This Terms of Use ("Terms") governs your access to and use of the App. The App currently includes various games for your enjoyment; however, the list of games is provided for context only and may be added to, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
For example, the App presently includes:
Card Drawing Game: A game that allows users to draw cards from various decks (e.g., Truth or Dare, and other themed decks).
Lucky Wheel Game: A game that allows users to spin a wheel and complete tasks based on the wheel’s configuration.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1 License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
1.2 Usage Restrictions
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
2.1 In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases (IAP) that enable you to unlock additional content, features, or game decks. All transactions are processed via authorized payment providers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
2.2 Subscriptions
Certain features or content may be available through subscription services. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your account settings prior to the renewal date.

All in-app purchase and subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please refer to your payment provider’s refund policy for further details.
3.1 Ownership
All content within the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software (including source code), is the property of us or our licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited without our explicit written permission.
3.2 User-Generated Content
If you create or share content through the App, you are solely responsible for that content. You agree not to post any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
