How do I place an order?

To place an order just simply email me what it is that you are wanting to order. I will do my best return an email  as soon as possible.

How long does it take to receive a response?

I am in the office everyday with the exceptions of Sundays. I will do my best to respond to emails each day but please allow for 48 hours response time. 

What is you turn around time?

I do my best to start orders the moment I get them but please allow for a two week turn around time for products to be completed. *This timeframe does not include any shipping times*

Do we offer shipping?

Yes we offer shipping within Canada. At this time we do not ship internationally. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping.  

How long does shipping take?

We cannot guarantee a set date for shipping. If you would like to purchase shipping with tracking information, this will give you a better timeframe as to when your products will arrive. 

How do I receive a refund?

At Little Pink Custom Designs we pride ourselves of making products that we stand behind. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with you order please send me an email. I will do my best to resolve the issue.
