We understand that choosing the right daycare is one of the most important decisions you can make as a parent and we are honored that you are considering us to be a part of your child's journey.  

Steps To Enroll 

1. Phone Consultation: Call us at (626) 376-1268 to check for availability and arrange a convenient time for your visit.

2. Visit Us: Get a firsthand look at the environment where your child will thrive

3. Enrollment Forms: Complete the enrollment forms (provided by us, either in-person or downloaded in the links below) and submit them in-person or via email at littleoakchildcarecenter@gmail.com.  These forms are required by the State of CA. 

4. Enrollment Fee: A one-time enrollment fee of $50 is required to secure your child's spot at Little Oak. This fee covers administrative costs and ensures your child's place in our program.

5. Start Date: Once all the necessary forms are submitted, and the enrollment fee is paid, we will collaborate with you to determine a start date that is convenient for your family.
