# Little Log – Privacy Policy

Little Log is an app that lets parents and carers keep a shared log of a child's meals, bottles, medicine, sleep, nappies and notes. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

## What we collect

- **Account details:** your first name, email address and password. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and we never see it.

- **Family details:** the family name you choose, the invite code, and the list of people in your family (their first names and email addresses).

- **Children's details you enter:** each child's first name and, if you choose to add it, their date of birth.

- **Log entries you enter:** feeds and meals, medicine names and doses, sleep times, nappy changes, temperatures and notes, with the time and the name of the person who logged each one.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID or any payment information. The app has no advertising and no analytics tracking.

## How we use it

We use this information only to run the app: to let you sign in, to show your family's log to the people in your family, and to show medicine reminders on your phone. Reminders are created on your own phone and are not sent through our servers.

## Who can see it

Only people who have joined your family with its invite code can see your family's log. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your data is stored by Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which acts as our data processor. Data may be processed on servers outside Ireland under Google's standard data protection terms.

## How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete a log entry or a child at any time in the app.

## Deleting your account

In the app, tap **Family**, then **Delete account**. This deletes your login and removes you from your family. If you are the last person in the family, all children and log entries are deleted too. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing thompsonjonny1994@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. We will do this within 30 days.

## Children

Little Log is for parents and carers aged 18 and over. It is not meant to be used by children, and children should not create accounts.

## Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can complain to your local data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission). Email us to make a request.

## Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
