This agreement is made between the Buyer and Breeder, Stephanie Quarles of Little Lions – The Shih Tzu Kingdom.

Purchase Price: $1500

Deposit: $100 (refundable until puppy reaches six weeks of age)

Health Guarantee: The puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against any congenital or hereditary defect that significantly affects quality of life. Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup. If a life-altering congenital condition is confirmed by two licensed veterinarians, the buyer may choose between a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter or a refund (breeder’s discretion). The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred after sale. This guarantee excludes illness or injury caused by neglect, abuse, malnutrition, or environmental conditions after the puppy leaves the breeder’s care. If the buyer cannot keep the puppy for any reason, the puppy must be returned to the breeder. No refund is provided unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Jurisdiction: The state of Maryland shall govern this agreement.
