In my role on the 2nd-grade outdoor education team, I served as a facilitator and educator, responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning experiences for students as part of the Environmental Leadership Program. Collaboration was integral to achieving our goals, requiring close coordination with fellow educators, community partners, and program coordinators. Together, we worked to align our activities with program objectives and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. The outcome of the project was highly positive, marked by the achievement of learning objectives, the cultivation of eco-literacy among students, and the establishment of meaningful partnerships with community organizations.
