What is soft play?
Soft Play is a safe padded play setup for babies and young children, usually ages 6 months (crawling babies) to 4 yr olds. It's made up of soft foam equipment designed for climbing, crawling and encourages young children to use their imagination and also helps with other fine motor skills.
Where is soft play used?
Birthday Parties, Indoor/ outdoor events, play cafes, Daycares, Churches, Baby showers & family gatherings.
Any special event or Holiday!
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash app, Venmo and Zelle
All parties must be paid in full at the time your scheduled event. We will not unload or set up without payment paid in full. If you have a refundable deposit your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after picking up. If there are any damages, we will discuss that information. Please note that it may take me 24-48 hours to get back to you for any damages, after I look over and thoroughly clean our equipment. (I TAKE PICTURES OF THE SET UP AT YOUR HOME, BEFORE AND AFTER)

Are there any soft play rules?
Thanks for asking, We DO NOT participate in any parties that are going to have water, face painting, confetti or glitter or slime as we want to keep our equipment in the best condition. To ensure a safe play space for your children we do ask that only 0-4 years of age are allowed & adult supervision is required at ALL times, no exceptions. I will also have these listed for your guest to read over, displayed on our set ups. (Little Herds Soft play is not responsible for any injuries)
Adult supervision required at all times. Ages crawling - 4 yrs old. No Food, Drinks, Sweets, No face paint, glitters, slime or confetti. No sharp objects Or Pets ALLOWED.
Kids Tables & Chairs Rental Rules?
For the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, kids' tables and chairs are strictly for meal & snack time,
Please note that arts & crafts, painting, waterplay and coloring are not allowed.
Do we charge a delivery fee?
I do not charge a delivery fee, AS LONG as you are within 15 miles from 76031. I will travel up to 30 miles total for an additional $30
Do we offer any discounts?
Returning customers get 10% off their bookings.
Do we offer custom party set ups?
Yes, we do offer custom on our White Luxe package. If you do not see what you're looking for, feel free to send me a message to discuss your theme. I will do my best to make your vision come to life.
I have a variety of ball colors to choose from, and you could add up to, 2 additional animal hoppers to your package for $5 EACH.
Rental Hours?
All Soft play rentals are for 4 hours. Rentals are delivered at least an hour before your event start time. Set up time does not count against your rental time. Any Additional added time will be charged at $40 Hourly Fee and must be added an 1hr 1/2 prior to pick up time.
Latest pick up is 8 PM
Set up Info
An even, clean and dry area is required for all equipment set ups. We do not set up on dirt, rocks, black asphalt, bumpy /uneven or tall grass and this causes our mats to lift up. Our equipment cannot be in a wet space/ area, or wet ground. equipment becomes extremely slippery when wet and it is NOT safe. Renter is responsible for providing adequate space for set up. if unsure of the measurements please feel free to ask! Please be mindful and have set up area ready for us upon arrival. Weekends are extremely busy, and we will not wait longer than 15 minutes for designated space to be ready for setup. Getting the required permit for the use of soft play in a public area or venue (that additional cost is your responsibility). We do require everyone to send us a copy of your permit that shows approval confirming our soft play set up is allowed at your preferred location, at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. If this is not done, I will not be able to set up in public. We will have to discuss arrangements prior to your event date. If you choose to cancel your party out of the 7-day cancellation policy date, the deposit will NOT be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Safety comes first. Little Herds Soft Play reserves the right to cancel rentals due to inclement weather such as high winds, or any other reasons that may be deemed unsafe for set up. In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, the deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancelation fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance your deposit will be refunded to you.
Weather Policy
For safety purposes we cannot set up with high winds or incoming rain. So, please make sure to have an alternate location in the event that we run into inclement weather. During the Summer heat our equipment can get very hot! With that being said, we do require a shaded area or you can rent a canopy from us for a fee of $50 or, you can provide your own.
Pet Policy
We love our animals, but we ask that you DO NOT let them on our equipment or inside of our play space. You will be charged for any signs of pet.
Please note that if there is urine, you will be charged the amount of that piece of equipment, as we can NOT get it out. Thank you for your understanding.
What if the setup is too big for my space?
We will do our best to accommodate your space. We can always use less gates or even remove them. Please note that the price will STAY THE SAME after making those changes.
Additional Info
You do not have the right to rearrange OR move our set ups. You may NOT take down our set ups or leave it UNATTENDED at any time!
An Adult MUST be present at ALL times while the children are playing. Upon arrival of pick-up, we ask that everything is in the designated area including our ball pit balls. If we have to go around the yard to find/collect our equipment there will be a deduction from your Deposit.
