Waitlist Process

To secure a position on our waitlist, a $50 non-refundable fee is required. After submitting your Waitlist Application, please send the fee via:

• Venmo: @LittleGreenGiants (or email: LittleGreenGiantsDaycare@gmail.com)

Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email along with your current position on the waitlist. Please include your child’s name in the payment subject line.

When an opening becomes available, all families will be notified of their position. Enrollment offers will be extended based on waitlist order and proposed starting date. Families will have five days to accept or decline the offer.

Next Steps Upon Enrollment Offer:

1. A tour and orientation will be conducted.

2. Once LGG approves the family's application and the family confirms enrollment, the registration process will continue, and a deposit will be required.

3. A start date will be determined, securing your spot for an upcoming session.

Session Dates for 2025:

• Session I: January 2, 2025 – May 30, 2025

• Session II: June 2, 2025 – December 2025

Families will remain on the waitlist until they request to be removed. If any contact information changes, please notify Little Green Giants Daycare to update your file.

Important Acknowledgments:

By completing the waitlist form and submitting the non-refundable fee, you agree to the above terms. While your position on the waitlist is guaranteed, an exact start date cannot be guaranteed—only an estimated timeframe.

Waitlist & Enrollment Process

At Little Green Giants, we will notify you when we estimate a position may become available for your child. Additionally, we will provide updates regarding your position on the waitlist, with respect to any changes, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Enrollment Offer & Response Time

• When a start date is offered, you will have five business days to accept or decline.

• If we do not receive a response within five business days, the space will be forfeited and offered to the next family in line.

• We will make every effort to ensure you receive updates regarding your position, so please keep your contact information up to date.

As your potential start date approaches, you will have the opportunity for a private tour (if you have not had one) and receive a full, updated, enrollment packet.

Little Green Giants Locations & Tuition

Please note that Little Green Giants has two locations, each with its own tuition rates. However, all policies and procedures remain the same across both centers.

Accepting Enrollment

Upon accepting a position, the following will be required:

1. Registration fee

2. Non-refundable two-week deposit

3. Tuition payments beginning on the space's available date

You have two options for enrollment:

1. Immediate Enrollment – Your child may begin attending on the available date, provided they are at least six weeks old (Laurel location).

2. Deferred Enrollment – You may choose to hold the space by paying tuition starting from the available date and delay your child's official start until a later date.

Declining Enrollment

• If a space becomes available before your preferred start date, you may decline the offer while retaining your place on the waitlist until another position opens.

• If a space is offered during or after your preferred start date, you may select a new start date and remain on the waitlist. However, if your new preferred date is more than 30 days beyond your original request, your position on the waitlist may be lowered in most cases.

• If you choose to permanently decline enrollment, you may request that your child be removed from the waitlist.
