TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering your child for a program with Little Champions Soccer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Commitment
• Registration is a commitment to the full 9-week session.
• Your registration secures your child’s place in the class and allows us to organize staffing and resources accordingly.
• No partial participation or drop-in options are allowed.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
• All payments are final.
• No refunds will be issued at any time, regardless of reason (including missed classes, vacations, or scheduling conflicts).
• No credits will be carried over to future sessions.
• By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
3. Make-Up Classes
• No make-up classes will be offered for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
• Classes canceled by Little Champions Soccer due to weather or other emergencies will be communicated in advance, and rescheduling will be determined at our discretion (if possible).
4. Behavior and Participation
• All players are expected to follow respectful behavior and listen to coaches.
• Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Safety and Liability
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is medically fit to participate.
• Little Champions Soccer is not liable for any injuries that occur during participation.
• Parents are responsible for informing coaches of any relevant medical or developmental concerns.
6. Communication
• By registering, you consent to receiving communication via email, phone call, and text message regarding class updates, emergencies, or scheduling.
7. Media Release
• Photos/videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
