Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is needed to save your date.
The Security deposit will be refunded in cash at pick up, on day of, after we have inspected the equipment and no damages have been done (other than the normal cleaning). Ball pit balls need to be within the play area as well to get the deposit back, if it applies. Moreover, a contract needs to be signed before day of event.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of 80249. An additional charge of $2 per every extra mile will apply.
Do I get my deposit back if it rains?
We know how unpredictable Colorado's weather can be!
In the event of severe weather conditions (such as heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or any weather deemed unsafe for outdoor equipment use), either party may cancel the event with no penalty. The Client must notify Little Turtle Co LLC of the cancellation no later than 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
In such cases:
- The security deposit will be fully refunded or
-The Client may choose to reschedule the event, and the deposit will be applied to the new date (subject to availability).
-Little Turtle Co LLC reserves the right to cancel setup on-site if weather conditions are unsafe for operation. If equipment setup has already occurred, partial refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered at the company’s discretion.
Can the equipment be set up outside?
Yes, our equipment can be set up indoor and outdoor. However, we can not set up on sand, gravel or dirt.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend our clients booking at least a month in advance to secure their desired date.
Is organic face-painting safe to use?
Even organic face painting has stained our equipment before. We apologize but we can't participate if activities involving any type of paint, face-painting, glitter, confetti or water are planned for the event.
