• No travel charge if within a 60 miles radius of Caledonia, Wisconsin.

Services that may be performed during the hours of service the day of, or multiple days, before the event:

• Manage vendor & décor setup at location sites

• Ensure event timeline is being followed  

• Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception 

• Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances

• Moving Gifts to car/room

• Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests 

• Oversee ushers & guest book attendants  

• Properly line up processional & cue musicians  

• Helping with Clean up  

• Assist with any emergency situations that may arise

**The services that will be provided for your event will be decided 1 month out at the one-on-one meeting.

Includes the following

• 1 Coordinator for 6 hours

• 1 Hour walk through the day before the event

• No travel charge if within a 30 miles radius of Caledonia, Wisconsin.

• 1 One-on-One Meeting: 

• 1 Month out 

• This can be face to face or done through a video call.

• We will go over details of the weekend, ideas, questions and needs.
