Welcome to Little Secrets: Puzzle Stories (the “Game”), operated by Quixan Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

Little Secrets: Puzzle Stories is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

You agree to use the Game only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for a general audience. By using the Game, you represent that you are legally permitted to accept these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, Quixan Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Game, including its gameplay, design, visuals, text, logos, audio, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Quixan Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game, except where permitted by applicable law;
  
  

• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
  
  

• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  
  

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Game in any unlawful or fraudulent manner;
  
  

• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Game;
  
  

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or related systems;
  
  

• use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or other unauthorized methods to manipulate gameplay;
  
  

• introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into or through the Game.
  
  

6. Game Features and Availability

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features of the Game at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Game, or any part of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Gameplay progress, settings, and other local data may be stored on your device. We are not responsible for loss of local game data resulting from device issues, deletion, reinstallations, operating system behavior, or other factors outside our control.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game may use third-party tools, SDKs, or services, including services related to analytics, testing, publishing, advertising, attribution, diagnostics, or performance measurement.

These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of the Game may therefore also be subject to the applicable terms, policies, and practices of those third parties.

8. Advertising and Analytics

The Game may include analytics, measurement, testing, and advertising-related technologies provided by us or by third-party partners.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that certain technical, device, gameplay, usage, and diagnostic information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No User Accounts

At this time, the Game does not require user registration or login to play. If we introduce account-based or online features in the future, additional terms may apply.

10. Purchases

Unless explicitly stated in the Game or on the relevant app store listing, the Game does not currently offer purchases of digital goods, subscriptions, or paid user accounts through these Terms.

Any future purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform will also be subject to that platform’s terms and billing rules.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Quixan Studios disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

• the Game will meet your requirements;
  
  

• the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  
  

• defects will be corrected;
  
  

• the Game or servers used in connection with it will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
  
  

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quixan Studios and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Game or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Game.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, or stop offering the Game altogether, at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey / Istanbul, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul / Turkey, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
