First, choose a package and fill out the Google Form with your preferences. We will then contact you via email with payment details through PayPal. Once payment has been received, we will curate your personalised name suggestions and send them to you via email within the specified timeframe.

We want you to feel excited about your name options! If none of the suggestions feel right, we offer one complimentary revision, where we’ll provide 5 new names based on your updated preferences. This is a one-time offer per order. If you’d like additional names beyond this, you can purchase an add-on for 5 extra names. 

No! We can help with naming babies, businesses, pets, cars, properties and more. If you're looking for a name outside of babies or have a unique request, feel free to email me directly at littlenamelab@gmail.com and we can discuss how I can assist you.

All payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. We will send you an invoice or payment request via PayPal and you can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Payment must be received before I begin working on your order.

No, add-ons must be purchased alongside a Name List, Personalised Package or Name Review. They cannot be ordered on their own.

Name-Only Lists provide a selection of names based on your preferences but do not include extra details.

Personalised Packages include name meanings, origins, popularity insights, alternative spellings and similar name suggestions.

The Feedback Package is designed for those who already have name ideas but want expert guidance. You can choose either the Basic Review Package (3 names) or the Standard Review Package (5 names). We will provide detailed feedback on each name, including:

• Strengths and potential drawbacks

• Popularity and trends

• Usability across different stages of life

• Associations and meanings

• How well it fits your preferences

This can help you feel more confident in your final choice. If you're still unsure after receiving feedback, you can explore additional suggestions with a Name List or Personalised Package.
