This Privacy Policy applies to mobile and digital applications published by Little Lights Digital ("we," "our," or "us"). The information processed depends on the app and the features you use.

1. Information We Process

Our apps may process camera images, photos you select, information derived from image analysis, and content you enter, save, or submit. Apps offering accounts may also process the information you provide to create or manage an account.

Some apps may process device information, usage information, and crash diagnostics to support functionality and resolve technical problems. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message.

We use information to provide requested features, maintain app functionality, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your images or personal information, and we do not use personal information for advertising.

2. Camera, Photos, and AI Analysis

Our apps may use computer vision and artificial intelligence to identify objects, estimate measurements, and provide related information.

Features requiring remote analysis send camera images, selected photos, and related analysis details to OpenAI to identify objects, estimate measurements, and return related results to the app. Images include anything visible in the frame. Live scanning sends images while active.

We request your permission before sending this information to OpenAI. Camera or photo-library permission alone does not authorize that sharing. If you decline, remote analysis remains disabled. You may choose to allow it later when attempting to use a feature that requires it.

3. Third-Party Services

Depending on the app and feature, we may use third-party providers such as:

OpenAI — AI image and content analysis when you allow remote analysis
Apple — App Store distribution, purchases, and platform services
Google — hosting, authentication, or diagnostics only in apps that enable those services

Providers receive only the submitted content, analysis details, or technical information needed to perform their services.

4. Storage and Retention

Saved content may be stored locally on your device. Information submitted for remote features is also processed by the services supporting those features.

We do not operate a permanent remote image archive for AI analysis on our own servers. Images sent for AI analysis are processed to fulfill your request. OpenAI may retain technical logs or content briefly under its own policy.

Other retention periods depend on the type of information, the feature used, and the processing service's applicable practices. This policy does not promise immediate deletion of remotely processed information. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion of information associated with your use of an app.

Deleting local content or uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete information already submitted to remote services.

5. Your Choices

You may decline remote AI processing before using it. Features requiring that processing will not function without permission.

You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings and delete locally saved content using available app or device controls. If an app offers accounts, use any in-app account-deletion option when available. To stop future AI submissions, decline consent or stop using remote-analysis features. Previously submitted requests may still finish processing.

For privacy questions, withdrawal-of-consent requests, or requests to delete remotely held information, contact us at the address below. We will process those requests as required by applicable law and platform rules.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed toward children under 13 unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without any required parental consent. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and arrange deletion where appropriate.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our features or information practices change. We will provide additional notice and request renewed permission where required.
