Will I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
No, we will provide everything needed for the cleaning including vacuum and mop.
We are not hired to pick up your items before cleaning. Here are some simple steps to prepare for your cleaning.
Make sure that your home is accessible. A key, door combination, garage code or a meet and greet are all acceptable methods.
Have your home clear of clutter and personal items off the floor and surfaces. We are house cleaners not housekeepers. If there is a surface or room that does not follow these guidelines, it will be skipped. Please declutter prior to your appointment.
Secure pets unless you have cleared this with Lacy in advance. Make sure pets are safe and in a designated room or kennel to avoid and incidents.
Please make sure sinks are clear of dirty dishes. Dish washing is not a service LBCS provides. If dishes are left that area will be skipped over.
Little Bitty Cleaning Services will never tell you that you must leave your home however, it's preferred to have the home empty for the duration of the cleaning. This allow staff to be 100% focused on the task at hand.
We understand that life happens, we can't always predict sickness or sudden change of events. Little Bitty Cleaning Services requires a 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We will do our best to reschedule you the same week. If it becomes routine to cancel or reschedule, your cleaning slot may be compromised.
There is no set amount if time. It all depends on the condition of your home. Most deep cleanings or one-time jobs take anywhere between 6-18 hours. A routine cleaning is approximately 2-5 hours. Some larger or more detailed services may take longer.
