The app only processes operational data (e.g., orders, customers, payments, sales routes) which is securely synchronized with your organization’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
2. Camera Access
The app requests access to your device’s camera for barcode/QR scanning when required (e.g., verifying deliveries or scanning inventory).
No images or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted.
3. Location Access
The app may request access to your device’s location only when in use.
This is required to provide route planning, customer navigation, and map-based features.
Location data is not tracked in the background, stored, or shared outside of your organization’s system.
4. Offline Functionality
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers.
Your activity and usage behavior are not monitored.
5. No Internet-Based Tracking
LITS Inventory Management (LIM) does not integrate or share data with any third-party services or applications outside of your organization’s systems.
6. Offline Functionality
The app is designed to work offline.
All sales data is stored locally on your device.
Synchronization with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central occurs only when an internet connection is available.
7. Third-Party Services
LITS Van Sales does not share your data with any third-party services.
All integrations are strictly limited to your organization’s systems.
