Lititz Orienteering Course
Lititz Orienteering Course
The basic definition of orienteering is finding your way from one point to another, using only a map, a compass, and your brain. This course can be completed using the PDF viewer and compass on your phone.
Orienteering is a recreational activity done by yourself, with friends, or with family. It can also be done for sport while timing yourself and your opponents.
At each orange and white control point, you will find a number and letters. The number on the sign tells you where you are along the course. Write the letters that you find at each control point in the correct boxes on your map. Once you reach all the points and have a completed code, check your results online using the QR code.
The entire course is approximately 4.4 miles long and should take about 1.5 -2 hours to complete.
