2. Purchase Information
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple
We receive only a transaction ID to unlock premium features

User preferences and settings (e.g., dark mode setting)

This data is used solely to provide the app's functionality and enhance your experience.

LiteraQuiz is a paid application distributed through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not process, collect, or store any payment information. For information about how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
LiteraQuiz does not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting services. We do not track app usage, user behavior, or collect any diagnostic information.
LiteraQuiz does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect or process your data.
Our application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

By downloading, installing, or using LiteraQuiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
LiteraQuiz grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App
Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party
Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App
Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
All quiz content provided within the App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not extract, reproduce, or reuse the content outside of the App without express permission.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you input into the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR ERRORS, OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LITERAQUIZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiteraQuiz and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
