At Twain Labs, we are committed to protecting children and preventing the spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform. We take this responsibility seriously and have implemented strict policies and processes to ensure a safe environment for all users.
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming behavior. Any content or behavior that violates this standard is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
We use a combination of automated tools and human moderation to detect and remove harmful content.
Images and videos are scanned using industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM.
Our moderation systems are designed to flag inappropriate behavior or language that may indicate grooming or exploitation.
Users can report profiles, messages, or content that appear inappropriate or abusive.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours.
We ban and block accounts that violate our safety policies, and report offenders to law enforcement as required.
Our platform is strictly for users above the age of 18.
We actively monitor for potential misuse or falsification of age and take necessary actions against such accounts.
All employees and moderators receive ongoing training to:
Recognize CSAE patterns and signs of grooming behavior
Respond appropriately to user reports
Escalate and report to the necessary authorities as needed
We comply with:
Local and international laws on child safety (including COPPA, GDPR-K, and IT Rules)
Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy
We collaborate with organizations working to combat CSAE and use best practices recommended by safety groups and watchdogs.
