For school sites, teams will visit classrooms, observe a PLC (if appropriate) and observe a Literacy Implementation Team Literacy Implementation Team to here progress on Cycle 2 and plan for Cycle 3.  

For District sites, visiting/observing professional learning/principal’s meeting/central office meeting and a LIT meeting to here progress on Cycle 2 and plans for Cycle 3.
