What should I wear?

Dress casual, comfortable, and ready to move.

Neutral or earth-tone colors are preferred to help maintain a grounding atmosphere and calm energetic space.

Think: flowing clothing, soft fabrics, stretchable pieces, barefoot or socks.

Do I need dance experience?

Absolutely not.

This is somatic and ecstatic dance — no choreography, no right or wrong way to move.

Your body is the guide.

What are the guidelines of ecstatic dance?

• No shoes during the ceremony. Socks are welcome.

• Nonverbal communication only. Speak the language of light — let your vibes do the talking.

• Respect the boundaries of others.

Can I come alone?

YES. This is a personal journey (no pressure to interact), but you’ll still feel held in community.

What should I bring?

• Socks (bare feet or socks required for dance session)

• Willingness to release and receive

• Open heart

• Yoga mat, throw blanket, robe, or whatever makes you feel comfy & cozy (optional)

• Your Journal (optional)

• Overnight stay essentials (if you plan to stay)

• BYOB (optional) — You are welcome to bring alcohol if staying overnight, however, we ask that it's not consumed until after the ecstatic dance

Is the overnight stay required?

Not at all — it’s completely optional.

You can join just for the ceremony or stay to deepen your integration.
