Listify ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Listify mobile application (the "App").

Listify is a local-first application. This means:
No Account Creation: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App.
Local Data Storage: All data you create in the App, including subjects, tasks, Pomodoro focus sessions, calendar entries, and theme preferences, is stored locally and securely on your own device using local storage (shared_preferences).
No Server Uploads: We do not own, operate, or maintain remote servers to store your data. Your data never leaves your device and is not transmitted over the internet or shared with us.
Network and Permissions
Offline Functionality: Listify operates entirely offline. The App does not require internet permissions and does not connect to any external servers or APIs.
Device Permissions: The App does not request access to sensitive device features such as your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
Third-Party Services and Analytics
No Ads or Trackers: Listify does not include advertisements, and we do not use third-party analytics SDKs, trackers, or marketing tools.
No Third-Party Sharing: Since we do not collect any data, we cannot and do not sell, rent, trade, or share any of your information with third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Full Control: You have complete control over your data.
In-App Reset: You can delete all your custom data at any time via the settings menu using the "Restore Default Sample Data" option.
App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all stored data, custom tasks, focus session logs, and settings. This action is irreversible.
Security
We care about protecting your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information relies on:
The physical security of your mobile device.
The operating system's security features, such as device passwords, biometrics, and encryption.
Children's Privacy
Listify does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone. Since the App operates entirely locally and does not collect personal data, it is designed to be suitable for users of all ages, including children
