Privacy Policy – ListenSpark

Prodigy Designs ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ListenSpark collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“the App”).
By using ListenSpark, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We limit the data we collect to only what is necessary to provide and improve the App. We do not track users across other apps or websites.
1.1 Account Information
If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we may receive basic account information, such as:
- Your name (if provided by the sign-in service)
- Your email address
- A unique user ID from Apple or Google
We use this information to create and manage your account.
1.2 Subscription Information
When you purchase a subscription, Apple provides us with a transaction identifier and subscription status so that we can unlock premium features for your account. We do not process or store your payment information; all billing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect solely to:
- Authenticate your login
- Provide access to subscription features
- Personalize your experience within the app
- Provide customer support upon request
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Authentication
The app uses Apple and Google services for authentication. These providers handle your credentials securely, and we do not have access to your passwords.
3.2 Attribution and Analytics
ListenSpark integrates AppsFlyer SDK to measure app installations and subscription attribution. AppsFlyer may collect limited device and event information (such as app version, device type, and installation source) in order to help us understand how users discover the app. This data is not used for personalized advertising.

4. AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) Framework
On iOS devices, the app may request your permission to access the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). At present, ListenSpark does not use the IDFA and does not perform personalized advertising or tracking across apps and websites.
If you choose not to grant permission, the core functionality of the app, including subscriptions and playback, will not be affected.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of any breach, we will notify affected users promptly and take appropriate steps.
6. Children’s Privacy
ListenSpark is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have unintentionally collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent to data processing

8. Subscriptions
ListenSpark offers auto-renewable subscription plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID settings on your device.
- Subscription prices are displayed within the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted within the App and on our official channels. Continued use of ListenSpark after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
