Stimulate research on IS:
After decades of fascinating research, we still don’t know how IS exactly relates to (and whether all IS-concepts equally interact with) syntax, semantics, prosody and pragmatics.
We also want to promote discussion between different theoretical frameworks and perspectives which integrate IS.
Centralize talks and events on IS
Provide a list of people working on specific aspects of IS, for reviewing purposes, collaboration, etc.
