LI Scale Model Co. is a Long Island-based online business, specializing in Scale Model Building. We are going to be affiliated with 3rd party hobby websites where you can buy a model kit to be built or a pre built from us. 

LI Scale Model Co. builds and ships out scale models through 3rd party websites that are affiliated with us. Said website will have an option for your model kit to be built by us, if you choose it, it will calculate the additional charges and once you purchase it, the model kit will be sent directly to us for building, we will give you daily updates / photos of your model in the making, then once we've done our part, we ship it directly to you for you to enjoy your newly built kit!

LI Scale Model Co. currently does not hire any builders at the moment since there isn't a high volume of orders. However, if you would like to be held in a spot and selected to work for a commission build, please click "Apply" and fill out the form so that you have a higher chance of being selected! All other jobs are currently not available.

LI Scale Model Co. affiliate applications are open 24/7, 365 days a year, and will accept any hobby stores / online websites in the U.S. only offering to be an affiliate with us. You need to pay a small price for having us build models for your website/company. Please see the "Become an Affiliate" for more info.

LI Scale Model Co. currently does not have a set policy for shipping damages, nor shipping costs themselves. The affiliate website must pay for any shipments coming to us. Anything that is mailed out from us must be paid for by the customer or affiliate website. See "Policy" for more info. (Currently being worked on)

LI Scale Model Co. is dedicated to helping customers, as well as giving them the best products possible. We understand that trust can be a major factor especially that we will have possession of your purchase for upwards of a couple of weeks as its being made. LI Scale Model Co. does not receive direct payments from customers. When you order off of one of our affiliate websites, our commission is already calculated and given to us by them, making it a much quicker and easier process than a separate payment. If you would like to tip, please request it in your order and don't contact us about any payment directly. 

LI Scale Model Co. does in fact do other services like pre-builts, which are already built models not from customers awaiting to be purchased. These do not take any amount of time to make other than shipping, and they are simply put in a box and shipped off to you. However, if you buy a kit to be built, it will obviously take much longer to make. These pre-builts are also affiliated with the 3rd party website. Please see "Pre-Builts" for more info.
