STEP 1 - Leader Screening Information

Each previously unscreened leader will receive a consent form that they must fill out that gives NYMN permission to run their BGC. This will be an email from Mobilize my Ministry. During this consent you will have to enter your SSN for the background check, however it is grayed out and cannot be seen by the NYMN. Check the box to have the report sent back to you. After you have completed filling out the background check, the RR Director will be able to verify that it has been completed and will run the background check.
