Lisa Steed is a transportation and logistics entrepreneur and the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Linked Again, Inc., a FedEx contracting operation recognized for safety-first leadership and operational excellence.
Lisa Steed is a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in transportation operations, logistics management and delivery fleet leadership. She currently serves as Founder and CEO of Linked Again, Inc., a FedEx contracting operation known for exceptional service performance and a strong safety culture. Under Steed’s leadership, the company has achieved industry recognition for its operational standards, including honors such as FedEx Entrepreneur of the Year recognition and the Pacific Northwest Region President’s Award for exemplary safety and service results.
Prior to establishing Linked Again, Inc., Lisa Steed co-founded Link Delivery Incorporated. At Link Delivery, Steed served as Chief Operations Officer and also held her own as a Board Member, making pivotal decisions across the full scope of the logistics outfit. Under her watch, the business grew from a two-route operation into a larger fleet. Link Delivery grew exponentially through her innovative leadership of the company — branching out to serve multiple zip codes before being successfully sold for profit. Throughout her career in logistics and transportation, Steed has remained committed to an “in-the-trenches” leadership philosophy; that is, believing that strong operations are built by leaders who understand the work from firsthand experience.
Outside of her work in transportation and logistics, Lisa Steed enjoys spending time outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle. When she is not at the helm of her transportation and logistics endeavors, Steed is chasing adventure in her favorite outdoor activities, like kayaking, fishing, pickleball and traveling. She also volunteers much of her free time with her church’s Women’s Activity Committee — extending her passion for helping others out in the community.
Lisa Steed is also a thyroid cancer survivor — an experience which has shaped her perspective of resilience in life both personally and professionally.
