Lisa Marquand
I am currently a Courant Instructor at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences (New York University).
I have recently completed my PhD at Stony Brook University, under the supervision of Radu Laza.
I am interested in Algebraic Geometry, more specifically birational transformations of Hyperkähler manifolds, in particular those of OG10 type. I also study automorphisms of cubic hypersurfaces, using both geometric and Hodge Theoretic methods.
I am originally from Guernsey, a small English Island off of the coast of France. You may have heard of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.
