I am a postdoc at Uppsala University. I am interested in low-dimensional topology and its interactions with singularity theory in algebraic geometry. More specifically, I study constructions and obstructions of rational homology 3-spheres bounding rational homology 4-balls.

I also love teaching maths to gifted high school students and often do so. I have been a counsellor at PROMYS Europe and PROMYS, and I often teach at camps in Sweden organised by Ung Vetenskapssport. The past couple over years, I have been one of the heads of the mathematics education at Mattekollo.
