I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
I obtained a Ph.D. in Finance from the TUM School of Management, Technical University of Munich (TUM). During my Ph.D., I visited the finance department at Bocconi University (hosted by Stefano Rossi) and the finance department at HEC Lausanne, UNIL (hosted by Norman Schürhoff).
My research interests are at the intersection of empirical corporate finance and municipal finance.
I am particularly interested in how municipal finance and fiscal policy affect corporate financing and investment decisions.
