My research centres around questions concerning the design of systems where agents behave strategically. In particular this currently involves using ideas from game theory to study the design of queueing systems with strategic customers. As well as continuing to explore research questions about queueing systems with strategic agents, in the future I would like to expand my research to consider questions of game theory and mechanism design in contexts other than queueing systems.
