I am currently a Lecturer in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management at the University of Auckland. I completed my PhD in Management Science and Operations Management at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and my Bachelor's degree at the University of Auckland studying engineering and philosophy.  

I am interested in researching questions regarding the design of systems with strategic agents. My dissertation looks at the design of parallel queueing systems with strategic customers.
