Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using LiquiMeta (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
What LiquiMeta Is
LiquiMeta is a read-only, informational tool for viewing publicly available, on-chain data from the Hyperliquid protocol, including positions, profit and loss, trade history, and market data. The App does not custody funds, execute trades, connect to your wallet, or request private keys or signatures.
Not Financial Advice
All information in the App is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
No Affiliation
LiquiMeta is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyperliquid or any related entity. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy and Availability
On-chain and market data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Do not rely on the App as your sole source of information for any financial decision.
Subscriptions (LiquiMeta Pro)
LiquiMeta is free to use, including unlimited tracked wallets and full analytics. The optional "LiquiMeta Pro" subscription unlocks premium themes, alternate app icons, and price and wallet alerts.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered at $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or by using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and content (excluding public on-chain data), is owned by LiquiMeta and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiquiMeta and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to the App or These Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, or update these Terms, at any time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
