Liquid ("we", "our", or "the App") is an independent, third-party read-only

analytics tool for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This policy explains what data is

handled when you use the App.

1. Summary

Liquid is a read-only tracker. It requires no account, no sign-up, no email

address, and no KYC. It never asks for your private key, seed phrase, or

exchange credentials, and it cannot trade, withdraw, deposit, or transfer funds.

We do not run our own servers to collect your data: the App reads public

blockchain and market data directly from Hyperliquid's public API endpoints and

displays it on your device.

2. Data we do not collect

- No account information: there is no registration, login, or profile.

- No wallet secrets: the App never requests or stores private keys, seed

phrases, passwords, or API secrets. Only a public wallet address (a string

starting with "0x") is stored, which is public blockchain information.

- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, calendar, or health data.

- No advertising identifiers, and no advertising SDKs are bundled.

- We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.

3. Data stored locally on your device

The following items are saved only on your own device using local storage

(AsyncStorage) so that the App works offline and remembers your preferences.

They are never uploaded to us or to any server, and they are deleted when you

uninstall the App or clear the App's cache:

- Tracked wallet addresses you add

- Watchlist entries

- Favorite tokens

- App preferences: display language (English / Chinese), network selection

(Mainnet / Testnet), cached market and chart data

4. Data processed automatically when requesting market data

To display prices, positions, fills, order books, charts and leaderboard data,

the App sends HTTPS and WebSocket requests directly to Hyperliquid's public API

endpoints (for example api.hyperliquid.xyz for Mainnet and the corresponding

testnet endpoint). These requests necessarily contain technical information

such as your IP address, device and OS version, App version and request

timestamps. This technical information is processed by Hyperliquid and its

infrastructure providers in order to return the requested public data. We do

not receive, store, or analyze it ourselves.

Because the App queries public wallet data, the wallet addresses you view may

be visible in network logs on the public API side, exactly as they would be

when you view the same addresses on a block explorer or any other market data

site.

5. Third-party services

- Hyperliquid public API (REST + WebSocket): used to fetch real-time prices,

order books, candles, wallet balances, positions, fills and a public

leaderboard.

- Telegram: only if you voluntarily tap the alerts entry inside the App, you

are redirected to an external Telegram Mini App. Once you leave our App,

Telegram's own terms and privacy policy apply.

- Google Play: installs, updates and basic install attribution are handled by

Google Play in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

The App does not integrate any analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or

advertising SDK.

6. Read-only by design

Liquid is strictly read-only. Blockchain data is public by nature, so anyone

can view wallet activity, positions and trades recorded on-chain. Liquid merely

aggregates this public data into a single interface. The App has no ability to

sign transactions and cannot access, hold, or move your funds.

7. Data security

All network requests use HTTPS / WSS encryption. Because no personal data is

transmitted to us and all preferences remain on your device, the privacy risk to

you is minimal. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your own private

keys and seed phrases; never enter them into this App or any other application.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as features change. The updated version will always be

available at this URL, with the revised "Last updated" date shown above.

Liquid is an independent third-party tool. It is not an official Hyperliquid

product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by Hyperliquid.
