Fursuit Payments

If your quote is chosen and accepted, I will need a 30% deposit before beginning your fursuit. This ensures I can buy the materials and supplies needed to bring your character to life! I allow short payment plans of 3 months to pay off your fursuit after I receive the 30% deposit. You also have the choice to pay in full BEFORE I begin making your fursuit instead of doing payment plans. I will keep track of your remaining balance, progress photos, communication, ETC through Instagram DM's so you can be aware of everything!

If you cannot provide a 30% deposit right away, I will you give a grace period of 2 weeks before replacing your slot in the queue. Please make sure you can afford your quote applying for a commission!

Payments that are outside of Canada will be paid via a PayPal invoice sent by me. E-transfer is accepted within Canada only and also sent by me. Please make sure you are comfortable sharing your email with me beforehand.

Fursuit Cancelations/Refunds/Changes

I completely understand if you need to cancel the commission for any reason, although I do have some rules about it!

If you canceled the commission, you will not be refunded the 30% deposit that was given to me.

If I canceled the commission, you will be refunded 100% of what you paid after the deposit.

If you canceled, I have the right to change the design completely to re-sell it as something else. The character and design will not look like your character at all, so don't worry about that!

Before beginning the fursuit-making process, you will receive design concepts via art before I start. This ensures that you are receiving exactly what is envisioned and talked through. If you want changes to your fursuit during the making process of your fursuit, extra charges will be conducted as any modifications and specifications were discussed during the concept design phase.

Shipping

I know shipping can be pricey, especially if it is international, but you must be able to pay your shipping costs! This includes shipping of fabric/supplies, and shipping of your fursuit! I recommend putting aside $50-$200 CAD for shipping, the price will always be different for everyone. I am not responsible for what happens in the mail, but I will do my best to communicate with you to recover and help find it if it gets lost or stolen in the mail. I will package your fursuit to the best of my ability to keep it safe and sealed during shipment. I want you to be united with your furry friend!

Quote Process

I announce the status of my commissions on the home page of this website, tiktok, and Instagram. You can still request a quote when it is closed. I normally do 1-3 commissions per batch to keep myself sane. When my commissions are open, you will receive an email from me along with your quote confirming that you want to commission me! Quotes are valid for 3 months.

TAT

My turn around time for fursuit making from start to finish depends on the size of the commission, but on average takes 1-3 months. Of course during the process of the commission I will give you estimates of the completion if it will be finished sooner or later.

Taxes

30% of each payment goes toward my taxes. I understand my prices may be high for some, but because it is an income I have to pay my taxes and also profit off of my work! Please be aware and understand that I will not haggle my prices.

Minors

I do allow commissions from minors, but a legal guardian or parent must pay for all of the payments. I am required to see the ID of the legal guardian or parent to ensure the safety and reassurance of my work, shipping, and payment. If you are over 18+, this is not mandatory.

Conduct

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any given reason. Please do not harass me or be disrespectful towards me. Please communicate as best as you can with me. I will send updates of your commission as much as possible so please do not harass me about updates. I am open to bringing any species to life, but my current skills and capabilities as of right now are feline, canine, and rabbits so please be aware that my skills may not be as sharp as it grows with experience! Please be aware that I have and am still improving my fursuit art style, so expect the style to be similar and or better than what I have made and or am currently making.

I reserve the right to use any photography or videography taken of my work to go onto any social media of mine, marketing, and advertising.

 ALLERGY WARNING

I own cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. Only my cats visit my sewing room from time to time, but all fursuits made will be cleaned and disinfected before shipping.

My environment is smoke-free.
