Please create an account on Aktivate (click the button to the right) and fill out your athlete's paperwork as soon as possible. This must be done prior to August 12th.

From Borah: " ALL athletes who want to play on any athletic team need to register on Aktivate and submit your paperwork.

Any current physicals on file from last year for students in 8th, 10th and 12th grade for the 2025-26 school year will be loaded for you for this year after you register."
