These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LionDoku mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using LionDoku, you agree to these Terms.
LionDoku is an ad-free logic puzzle game offering main levels, Daily Challenges, hints, progress saving, iCloud synchronization, themes, and related gameplay features.
No account registration is required to use the App.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use LionDoku for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable rules.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Circumvent purchase verification, gameplay restrictions, or security features.
Use automated tools, modified clients, or unauthorized software to interfere with the App.
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Game progress is generally stored locally and may be synchronized through iCloud when available.
We cannot guarantee that progress synchronization will always be immediate or successful. Network conditions, Apple Account settings, device changes, iCloud availability, software updates, or other technical conditions may affect saved data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device and iCloud settings.
Daily Challenge content may require completion of a specified number of main levels before it becomes available. Availability may also depend on the App version, date, network connection, and required game data.
Challenge content, rules, rewards, and availability may be adjusted as the App is updated.
LionDoku may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Prices and available products are shown before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment, refunds, transaction management, and applicable taxes are governed by Apple’s App Store rules.
Unless required by law or Apple’s policies, completed purchases are handled according to Apple’s refund process. In-app purchases are optional and are not required to access the core main-level gameplay.
LionDoku, including its software, level designs, graphics, characters, text, audio, interface, branding, and other content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
The App may allow you to generate and share gameplay images through the system share sheet.
You are responsible for the content you choose to share and for ensuring that your sharing complies with applicable laws and the rules of the selected third-party platform.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the App, maintain security, meet legal requirements, or address technical issues.
We do not guarantee that every feature, level, Daily Challenge, cloud synchronization service, or third-party service will always be available without interruption.
LionDoku is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, permanent preservation of progress, or compatibility with every device and system version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of game progress or interruption of third-party services.
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
Your right to use the App may end if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
LionDoku may use Apple App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, system sharing, mail services, and Google Firebase.
Your use of these services is also governed by the applicable provider’s terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies:
We may update these Terms when the App, applicable laws, or third-party services change. Continued use of LionDoku after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
