During this season, Predator-7, (now named Lionfish) immersed themselves in a series of scrimmages and participated in two qualifiers, gaining invaluable experience along the way. Each challenge strengthened their technical skills and deepened their understanding of robotics, while also fostering strong bonds among team members. Through teamwork and collaboration, they navigated both successes and setbacks, emerging not only as a more skilled team but also as a close-knit community ready to take on the future.
This season, Lionfish made significant strides in pushing the team’s competition-success levels, securing awards, and enhancing our outreach efforts. With the addition of three new team members, they were able to inject a renewed energy and fresh perspectives into their work. These new members brought diverse skills and ideas, which helped them refine their strategies, improve collaboration, and elevate their overall performance. Throughout the season, they focused on fine-tuning every aspect of our operations—from strengthening our tele-op efficiency through presets to enhancing communication and teamwork with other teams on the field. This collective effort not only improved our competition results but also expanded our community engagement, allowing us to connect with a broader audience and make a more lasting impact.
