Building Rental

We are renting our Ruritan building but state and national CDC guidelines need to be followed.  We also reserve the right to cancel your event if these guidelines change.  A full refund will be returned if guidelines change.

Building Rental Information:

As of August 1, 2026, new rental prices

• Hall Only - Rent is $275, Deposit is $275 = $550

• Hall and Kitchen without Stove Use - Rent is $300, Deposit is $350 = $650

• Hall and Kitchen with Stove Use - Rent is $350, Deposit is $450 = $800

• Deposit will be returned if table and chairs are washed & put away, floor swept, no trash inside & outside & bags of trash taken, & no damages

  • If Building or Grounds are left in a condition that requires the club to correct such condition, the following base charge is $125, which includes the first hour and additional time will be billed at $80/hr

• People are not permitted in the pit area

• Entire fee must be paid at time of reservation

• Fire code of 120 people maximum needs to be followed

• No alcohol, smoking or weapons on premises
