If you want a rugged, high-output planar driver with exceptional detail retrieval for critical listening sessions, choose Linsoul 7Hz; if you need an ultralight, customizable earphone designed specifically to stay secure and comfortable during best hifi stereo headband headphones for running or long gaming marathons, choose Kefine Delci AE Hi-Fi.
• Linsoul 7Hz: The standout strength is its massive 14.6mm planar diaphragm driver that delivers a wide soundstage and incredible clarity, but the trade-off is a heavier build and a fixed tuning that offers less flexibility for different genres. This pick is for the audiophile who prioritizes raw sonic resolution over portability.
• Kefine Delci AE Hi-Fi: The biggest advantage is its featherweight 5.3g aluminum shell and interchangeable nozzle system that lets you switch between warm musicality and competitive gaming precision instantly. The trade-off is a smaller dynamic driver size compared to the Linsoul model, which limits low-end physical impact slightly. This pick is for the active user or gamer who needs a secure fit and total control over their sound signature.
The Linsoul 7Hz Salnotes Dioko is built for the person who treats music as an analytical experience. At its core lies a newly developed 14.6mm dual-cavity planar diaphragm driver, a component that is significantly larger than the standard dynamic drivers found in most consumer earphones. This size difference isn't just about specs; it translates to a magnetic circuit structure that maximizes effective flux, resulting in a sound profile that is loose, natural, and transparent. If you are someone who listens to complex orchestral pieces or studio recordings where every instrument needs to be separated clearly, this driver architecture provides the necessary detail retrieval without sounding fatiguing.
The build quality reflects its intended use as a serious piece of audio equipment rather than a casual accessory. The housing is CNC-machined from aviation-grade aluminum, finished with a hard oxidation treatment and a sapphire coating on the tempered glass surface. This combination makes the unit incredibly durable and resistant to daily wear, while also providing excellent passive noise cancellation through its solid metal casing. You get a sense of luxury here, almost like wearing jewelry, which helps you focus entirely on the audio signal. The included cable is a premium 4-core Litz structure mixed with copper and silver-plated copper strands, ensuring that the high-frequency details captured by the driver are transmitted to your source without loss.

However, this level of fidelity comes with specific constraints. The design is not optimized for high-intensity movement. With an item weight of 9.76 ounces for the full package and a robust, heavy-duty construction, it is better suited for stationary listening environments like a home studio, a commute on public transit, or a quiet evening at home. The fixed tuning, inspired by Crinacle's definition of a balanced sound, means you get one very specific tonal signature. If your priority is adapting your audio gear to different environments—like switching from a relaxing jazz playlist to a fast-paced FPS game—you will find this lack of customization limiting. It is the perfect tool for the musician or critic who demands accuracy above all else, but it may feel too cumbersome for those who need gear that disappears while they move.
The Kefine Delci AE Hi-Fi targets a completely different demographic: the user who values versatility and comfort above sheer driver mass. Its most defining feature is the hybrid DLC+PU driver architecture. By pairing an ultra-rigid Diamond-Like Carbon dome with a highly elastic polyurethane surround, Kefine has created a dynamic driver that avoids the brittleness often associated with pure diamond domes. This results in sparkling treble extension that doesn't hurt the ears after hours of listening, paired with textured, punchy sub-bass. It is engineered to handle dense orchestral passages just as well as the subtle directional cues required in competitive gaming, making it a true all-rounder for diverse content consumption.
What truly sets this model apart for active users is its physical design. Each housing weighs just 5.3 grams, roughly half the weight of typical zinc-alloy monitors. This near-weightless build is critical for anyone looking for best lightweight in ear headphones for running. Because the shells are so light, there is virtually no ear fatigue, even during marathon listening sessions or intense workouts. The ergonomic shape ensures a secure, noise-isolating fit that stays put when you are moving. The enclosure is precision-machined from a single block of aviation-grade aluminum with a refined anodized finish, meaning it resists scratches and sweat while maintaining a premium feel.
The Kefine Delci AE also introduces a level of customization that is rare in this price segment: the interchangeable tuning nozzle system. You can swap between Silver Nozzles for a warm, smooth musicality ideal for cinematic scores or Gold Nozzles for enhanced upper-treble resolution essential for spotting footsteps in battle royale titles. This tool-free adjustment allows you to tailor the audio response to your immediate activity without needing new cables or hardware. Whether you are using them for hifi stereo sleep headphones for running scenarios or long-haul travel, the ability to change the sound signature in seconds makes this a highly practical choice. The detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable with 164 cores further ensures signal integrity and allows for future upgrades to balanced connections or wireless adapters.

• Best for long-term comfort → Kefine Delci AE Hi-Fi: The minimal weight ensures you forget you are wearing them, whereas the heavier Linsoul model might become noticeable over several hours of continuous use.
In my opinion, for the specific scenario of running, the Kefine Delci AE Hi-Fi is the clear winner. While the Linsoul 7Hz offers a magnificent soundscape for stationary listening, its weight and fixed tuning make it less suitable for the dynamic environment of a run. The Kefine Delci AE combines an ultralight 5.3g chassis with a secure fit and customizable sound profiles that adapt to your needs on the fly. I would buy the Kefine Delci AE because it prioritizes the user experience of movement without sacrificing the high-fidelity performance required for modern music and gaming. It is the only choice that truly respects the physics of running while delivering reference-level audio quality.
Yes, both models are wired, but the Kefine Delci AE is specifically designed for this purpose due to its 5.3g ultralight weight and ergonomic shape that prevents falling out during high-impact movement.
The Linsoul 7Hz offers strong passive isolation due to its solid aluminum body and tight seal, but the Kefine Delci AE's adaptive noise control features combined with its secure fit make it equally effective for blocking out gym noise while staying comfortable.
Absolutely, the Kefine Delci AE includes a threaded nozzle system that allows you to swap between Silver Nozzles for a warmer tone and Gold Nozzles for enhanced treble resolution without buying new equipment.
The Linsoul 7Hz features a larger 14.6mm planar driver which generally provides a wider soundstage and deeper bass, while the Kefine uses a 10mm hybrid DLC+PU driver that excels in speed, clarity, and detail retrieval for gaming.
