How do I login?

If you haven't already registered click "Sign up" on the login screen. Then enter the last four of your social security number, your date of birth, your first and last name, your email address, and a username and password.

Please note, your password cannot contain your username, it must be at least four characters long, and it must contain one alpha character, one numeric character, and one special character (!, #, $, %, *, or -).

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your username and a new password. Then click "Reset Password" and a confirmation code will be sent to the email address you entered when the account was created.

If you don't receive a confirmation code the username you entered is not correct. Go back to the login screen, click "Forgot Username" and enter the email address you entered when the account was created.

What if I don't remember my username?

Go to the login screen, click "Forgot Username" and enter the email address you entered when the account was created. If the email address you enter is found we will send the username to you.

What features are available in the app?

The Linneo member app lets members view participating online retailers, view benefit availability, and submit claims for reimbursement.
